Its Monday, and I think its a wrap for all the holidays we have been having. The sad thing is that there is no support number to call seeing as this may affect the nation negatively. Bouts of hatred and depression and of course LAZINESS may be rampant in all parts of Nigeria right about now and there is no number such 0800 BACKTOWORK or 0800 SLEEPNOMORE or 0800 DIDMYVOTECOUNT. I'll be putting up a picture a day on my photoblog all this week. So enjoy :). I'm thinking of doing an exhibition in december so I have to start making my ideas a reality. Most importantly, I need to get that new camera.

well u have another public holiday on thursday if u are unlucky (well officially anyway) enough to live in a state where the national assembly elections did not hold.
Some are suggesting that following the trends of earlier weeks that we should expect to be given one day off on Wednesday to truly contemplate on our vote. Now as far as friday goes, i have general cd and so do not care what happens. At least may day is coming soon. Laters.

I miss Nigeria and the holidays. Every other day I talk to my mom, she's telling me about some public holiday or the other... How awesome... Wait, does anyone know if workers are paid for all these days they get off? I actually just thought about that.
Here in Rhode Island, V-J Day (Victory over Japan or Victory day) is celebrated on August 14th. As RI is the only state in the US that celebrates this day, its the only day I get to gloat about not having to work when everyone else is...lol.
