Sorry but Adaure's blog is very well-written... it is a journal form of writing... she doesn't spend hours revising it and trying to sound intelligent or overly deep... yet in the simplicity of her ramblings lies true art... the ability to say things in ways others wouldn't... all at the spur of a moment... the ability to bring writing alive... make it vivid... make you, the reader feel present in the situation. For example: "Like this morning I had a perfect aim with my slippers. My brother Chibuike, who basically tries to be a thug but will be at your mercy if you serve him a plate of fish, thought he had me and was running away after he smacked me. Little did he know that I had mastered the art of 'slippers-weaponry' very well.
